Request Pricing

Send us the scope and we will price it properly, a milestone plan with costs attached, rather than a range that fits everyone and no one.

How we price

Three ways to work with us

Which one fits depends on how well-defined the work is. We will tell you which we think it is, including when that means a smaller engagement than you asked about.

Discovery sprint

Best when the problem is clear but the solution is not

A short, paid piece of work that ends in a build plan: scope, architecture, risks, a first milestone with a price and a date. The plan is yours whether or not you continue with us.

  • Fixed price, fixed length
  • Ends in a written plan, not a proposal deck
  • Often pays for itself by cutting what does not need building

Fixed-price milestones

Best for a defined build with a deadline

Once scope is understood, we quote a fixed price and date per milestone. You know what each stage costs before it starts, and scope changes come with their trade-off attached rather than a surprise invoice.

  • Priced after discovery, never before
  • Milestone by milestone, so you can stop between them
  • Change requests priced openly against the plan

Dedicated team

Best for ongoing product work

Engineers who work as part of your team on a monthly rate, your board, your standups, your definition of done. Rate depends on the mix of seniority and skills the work actually needs.

  • Monthly rate, month-to-month after the initial period
  • You set priorities; we handle delivery and cover
  • Scale the team up or down as the roadmap changes
FAQ

Questions about cost

Because any number we published would be wrong for most people who read it. The same feature list can differ several-fold in cost depending on integrations, data volume, compliance requirements and what already exists. We would rather spend a short call understanding that and give you a real figure than post a range that means nothing.
For a well-described project, an indicative range within a few days of the first call. A committed fixed price comes after discovery, because that is the point at which we know enough to stand behind it.
Both, and we will tell you which fits. Defined builds with a deadline suit fixed-price milestones. Ongoing product work suits a monthly team rate, because fixed-pricing a moving roadmap creates arguments rather than clarity.
It usually does. Changes are priced against the agreed plan and you decide before anything is built, either the change replaces something, extends the milestone, or moves to a later one. What does not happen is discovering the cost at invoice time.
A discovery sprint is the smallest sensible starting point for a new build. For dedicated teams there is a short initial period so the team can get productive on your codebase, and it moves month-to-month after that.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository and your cloud accounts wherever possible. There is no handover fee and no dependency designed in to keep you with us.
